As you step into the well-lit, more than adequately furnished offices of the Elysea's Aegis headquarters, you find yourself standing before a large desk with an intelligent looking female Daeva behind it, calmly returning your gaze.

She smiles, nodding politely to one of the vacant seats arranged in a semi-circle in front of the desk, leaning over it to hand you an ornate clipboard with a few pages of blank paperwork affixed neatly to its front as you settle yourself into your chosen seat.

"Elysea's Aegis thanks you in advance for your interest, General." she says, the enchantingly musical quality of her voice filling your ears. "I am Sellesturiel, and I have been appointed by the Aegis Council to answer any and all questions you may have about what we represent and hope to accomplish. If you would please fill out the paperwork I have given you, we can begin processing your legion's application, and decide whether or not you will be able to join your banner to those which have already united under ours."

After a few moments, wherein you cannot help but find yourself slightly enamored by the charming woman behind the desk in front of you, your eyes find their way down to the clipboard in your hands, and the paperwork clipped to its front.

As you set the clipboard down on the desk, Sellesturiel picks it up and begins to scan the information on it carefully. After a moment or two, she smiles up at you, inclining her head politely.

"Thank you General, I will pass this on to the Aegis Council. You will receive notification on whether or not your legion will be admitted into Elysea's Aegis within a few days." she says, rising to her feet. "I bid you good day. May Aion's Blessings be upon you and yours."

Do you understand that Elysea's Aegis is a formal alliance between roleplaying legions on Lumiel's lightside, and thus, a certain level of roleplaying decorum will be expected from both you, as General, as well as your membership with regards to their interactions with other legions involved in the coalition?:

Do you understand that the Aegis Council is an open forum where any General or Centurion who's legion is a member of Elysea's Aegis is welcome to speak and be heard? And do you understand that all motions and plans will pass to a vote, and despite the membership-count of a legion (be it large or small), each member-legion receives only one vote?:

Is your legion now, or has it in the past been active in the Abyss with regards to participating in fortress sieges and capturing artifacts for Elyseum? If not, are you and your membership willing to become involved in these activities in the near future?:

What is the most common timezone in which your membership plays / resides?:

Do you understand that once you and your legion join Elysea's Aegis, all of your active membership become representatives of this coalition, and therefore must act in a way that does not harm its reputation? (Staying in character in public channels / not harassing or griefing other players / not botting or cheating in Aion):

Are you willing to take internal, punitive measures against members of your own legion if they begin to act in a way that is unbecoming of a member-legion in Elysea's Aegis? (As described above):
